Stayed two nights - no cleaning or towels changed. Applied new towels from reception and kindly told about problem - answer was: "Oh" and nothing else. House was clean. Kitchen was nice. Balcony was very dirty and even had a dead bird on it. Some of the windows were broken and one was green with algae. There were empty water bottles in the yard. Outside was not kept up at all. That was disappointing.
