This is an ideal area for the whole family to relax, consisting of two different tubs and therefore perfectly suitable and safe even for children.
The location offers the best of both worlds and is ideal for both families and groups of friends who want to fully experience the sea and the nightlife. The residence is an oasis of peace and tranquility, perfect for relaxing, but just walk a little further along the waterfront to find yourself in the heart of summer fun, among the best beach bars, kiosks and restaurants in the city. You will have everything at hand for sunset aperitifs and lively evenings, keeping the certainty of returning to a serene environment. In addition, the residential complex offers excellent additional services such as convenient bicycle storage and a small playground, perfect for entertaining children in total safety.
The apartment, located on the first floor, is spread over well-distributed spaces optimized to accommodate up to four people comfortably. The heart of the house is the bright living room, which opens onto a habitable balcony with a nice view of the greenery in front of the beach. It is the ideal environment for organizing outdoor breakfasts or dinners in the fresh air caressed by the sea breeze. The sleeping area guarantees excellent privacy and consists of a comfortable double bedroom and a second bedroom furnished with a bunk bed, perfect for accommodating children or young travelers. From the bedroom there is access to an additional balcony that offers a pleasant view of the communal pool. The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, microwave and dishwasher, appliances that make it easy to prepare meals, while a full bathroom serves all areas of the apartment.
Comfort during your stay is guaranteed by equipment designed to make sure you don't miss anything. To cool off summer days, there is air conditioning both in the living room and in the master bedroom, while the bedroom is equipped with a practical fan. The services are completed by Wi-Fi, television and a washing machine, especially useful for longer stays. To better plan your stay, we would like to point out some important practical notes. The condominium pool of the residence is open seasonally from 15 June to 15 September (hours: 10:00 - 14:00 and 16:00 - 19:00); after booking, you will be provided with more details regarding the internal regulations and access times. In addition, following the confirmation, you will receive a brief information note regarding the tourist tax of the municipality of Alghero, which is not included in the platform rate and must be paid separately directly to us.
