A peaceful country cottage in the rural area of La Cañada del Fenollar, 12 minutes from the University of Alicante—connected by a bike path and greenway—and a 15-minute drive from the beach and the mountains.<br>You’ll be surrounded by country life. <br>The guesthouse, with a separate pedestrian entrance, measures 55 square meters and features two adjoining double bedrooms, a full bathroom, a kitchen, a living-dining room, and an outdoor half-bath/laundry area. It includes a BBQ in a fenced-in 200-meter area just for you, and you’ll share the pool ONLY with us. <br>Parking is completely FREE and is located OUTSIDE the property.<br>In the surrounding area, you can enjoy peaceful walks, visit nearby horseback riding centers, or have meals at typical local bars. <br>A short drive away (in San Vicente del Raspeig), you’ll find shopping centers, supermarkets, open-air markets (in August), and shops selling traditional Alicante pottery.<br>You can reach downtown Alicante by car, commuter train, or TRAM.<br>Please contact us with any questions you may have.
