Obviously it is a basic type of room and has different characteristics compared to other rooms such as superior double rooms. Double superior rooms are more spacious rooms and modern, also price is different and higher than the economic, It is the client's responsibility to know in advance the type of service and the characteristics of your reservation. We understand that this type of room is not suitable for your needs if you were looking for a room type with other characteristics. On the other hand, we have a maintenance service that would have solved the problem of your TV quickly in the moment that the client tells us the incident. We are so sorry that you are disappointed and we invite you to contact us personally in the future to reserve the type of room that matches your needs.
