”I booked a room, which turned out to be very cold. I booked this premium hotel to be comfortable, and I wasn't. I called about this in the evening and they came to fix it. I also called in the morning, but no one came. I might be old-fashioned, but back in the day there would be immediate compensation for a satisfactory resolution, i.e. free breakfast. Something like this would have made up for the issue, but nothing was offered. Feels like "thank you for your £200+, we dont care how it was...

”Lovely room, exactly as advertised. Clean, spacious, lovely shower room. Breakfast was absolutely exceptional: perfectly poached eggs accompanied by 4 types of meat, tomatoes & mushrooms. Kind helpful staff. I will definitely return. ”

”We did not eat at the guest house. One thing I will mention is the locatio . Be prepared to pay for Oxfords new congestion charges!! Parking was fine, location was great, bus route into central Oxford and hospitals was excellent. Great pub 3 mins walk down the road called The Brittania. Great traditional pub food. ”
