”Decent stay for the price. Good service, clean. Just may need an updating with the carpet and the you could see the outside light around the entire door frame, lol. Bed linens and towels were clean. Room had a basement kind of smell but it was an old building so kind of expected that. Definitely served the purpose for the night. ”

”The staff was very friendly and helpful. Our room was large and very comfortable. The bathroom floor could have been cleaner, and the breakfast could have also been better. ”What a gem! A tidy motel on a quiet side street near Letchworth State Park. The large room was super clean and comfortable, with a minifridge and microwave. Self check-in and check-out. We stayed here for two nights for SUNY Geneseo's graduation and would definitely recommend it as an alternative to the high-priced hotels in Geneseo. About a 15-minute drive to SUNY campus and downtown Geneseo. ”

”Really nice BnB. The room was large and clean. We stayed in the Parker suite. Large jacuzzi tub in the center room. The breakfasts were excellent 4 course meals. I’d like the coffee to be stronger but that’s a personal preference. This is a nice location. Don’t worry about not staying in town or on the water front because either of these are easily accessible by car and the town and waterfront do not meet each other geographically, so you’ll need transportation either way. ”

”This is not a reputable business. It is clearly managed offsite with no regard for what is going on at the location.
