”This was the perfect home base for a weekend of winery touring. We loved being in Hammondsport just a short walk to the town square and Keuka Lake. Plenty of room to relax in the evenings drinking wine and talking. House would work perfectly for three couples or a full family. This trip was just four people and we all had a wonderful time and even stayed to catch the total eclipse. We hope to return next year.”

”Mark's home was perfect for the two of us for a Finger Lakes weekend leading up to the eclipse. We only really used it for sleeping and the evenings, so didn't use the kitchen other than the fridge, but it looked well-stocked with supplies for a longer stay. Besides soap and shampoo for the shower, there was even a little cabinet in the bathroom with other supplies you might forget to bring like toothbrush, toothpaste, etc. There was even laundry detergent for the washer which came in handy...

”I went with a group of 16 and we had an amazing stay! It is located on a quiet street about 5 minutes from town. We had a handful of out of town folks who were driving in the dark and they found the house with ease. The place was very clean with plenty of room for our entire group. The host, Amy was quick to respond and made sure we were in complete comfort during our stay! I highly recommend and would easily stay here again!”

Even getting us out of the mud on the first night. Close to some of the best wineries and eats in the area, and a short drive to some very visually stunning parks beyond the lake itself. ”The property was a wonderful place to get away and relax. Our dogs were able to run off leash for their first time. They swam in the pond and we hiked in the woods behind the cabin every morning. My wife and I had coffee while enjoying the great view, we made smore's in the firepit and grilled on several occasions. ”The property is excellent and well maintained. The house actually 2 apartments, though we we did not see anyone staying in the other apt. The house feels like its in the middle of farm country but it is close to SUNY Geneseo and all the shopping and restaurants. Our only issue was the Vrbo app would not let us reply to the property owner when we received our check-in info. Thankfully there were no issues and we had a great stay. Would definitely recommend if you are visiting the area.”

”We really enjoyed our stay. Booking and check in were easy, all via the vrbo app. The place was as advertised, clean, and comfy. The WiFi wasn’t working, but a quick message to the owner and we figured out the power strip for the router and modem had come loose, probably during cleaning. Once plugged in everything worked great! The one downside was no snow for skiing, so we went to Niagara Falls. Would book again!”
