”Basic apartment with no closet or place where you can place your clothes. If you don't mind keeping your staff in side your luggage, then it's just fine. Very noisy hotel. Every noise from outside your room sounds like it's coming from your own. ”

”The best thing about the apartment is its location. It's in a nice neighborhood, very picturesque and close to downtown Manhattan. As for the apartment itself, it's small but comfortable for two or three people, and everything works perfectly. Keep in mind that you have to climb three flights of stairs, which can be tough if you're tired from walking around the city. Otherwise, it's impeccable. ”

”The location of this place worthsevery cent of your money. It has everything you need. Of course being a family of five with only one bathroom is tricky, but with enough time and logistic everything goes well. The beds are a bit noisy and squeaky and there’s noise from the streets on the weekends. ”

”This is a cute loft apartment. Access to the apartment is up two flights of stairs, and the apartment is close to other apartments. There are two full/queen beds, and a sofa that folds into a bed. It is perfect for a family! There were one or two cosmetic defects (scratches on frig, chip on bathroom cabinet) but it was totally fine! It is a kitchenette. Near markets, pizza. About 15 minute walk to time square. I would recommend!!”

”The host was darling and communicative. My trip entailed mostly business with a bit of pleasure. The bed is outrageously comfortable and made for cozy sleep when solid sleep was a priority. The space is marvelous and accurately depicted as the photos and videos. We appreciated the hosts flair for all things curious and exotic. The is truly a special space and shows how very special the owner is. ”

Thanks Claudia!From a city noise perspective, there isn’t much insulation between the master bedroom and the street - you can hear everything. This wasn’t a problem for us, but I could understand light sleepers or people hoping for a quiet or romantic stay being turned off.For communication, Claudia was great and very detailed. She seemed to prefer to text my cell phone rather than communicate through the app, which I wouldn’t...

”What a cute, fun place to stay and close to the subway. Easy access to anywhere we wanted to go. The bed was super comfortable and everything we needed was provided. ”

”The space was exactly how it looked in photos and videos. It had a homey, yet eclectic vibe, that made you not want to leave the space. It’s nearby to a ton of local shops and Domino Park. So you cannot beat the location. It was spacious, clean, and very inviting. Jess was incredibly communicative and helpful! 10/10 would recommend. I’ll definitely be back! ”
