”I am not sure how this hotel got awarded 3.5 starts. It’s trashy, outdated and housekeeping is non existent. We changed three rooms before we got into a decent one. There is no attention to detail. Everything looks cheap, furniture and floors are scratched. Bedding was the worst. No one slept well during our stay there, simply because the mattress was old and uneven, pillows were bumpy and firm. Oh, and our toilet was making very loud noises so we had to turn the water off for the night. It was...

”The host communicated wonderfully from the time I booked until I checked out. The property was perfect for our needs and located in a beautiful part of town. The interior was spacious, and the patio was especially lovely—unfortunately, it was too cold for us to fully enjoy it. The home was very clean and well equipped with thoughtful extras that made our stay even more enjoyable. I would definitely stay here again.”
