”The staff was very helpful with us, because my husband had to be hospitalized for three days, starting on the day we were to check out of the hotel. They helped us stay in the same room for the remaining three days. We really appreciate their help.”

”The check in was clunky The reason seemed to be we didn’t get the check in code without paying another $100 AFTER the booking was charged. I originally thought this was a nonrefundable deposit, but it is not. It is an additional $100 on top of the fees already paid through Expedia. I didn’t fight it at the time because New York was busy and we had landed and needed a place to go. But this definitely felt like I was being scammed Wi-Fi was really weird - a guy had to come to the room three...

”The Door app was ok once I downloaded but they told me it was called Latch. Finally they provided codes. Should not have to work to open a door. WiFi went out. Coffee maker did not work. Rooms on street side are noisy. Value was not anywhere near the cost. No parking available. Park on the street was what I was told. Would never recommend. There is no staff on site.”
