Day 1: Can't even enter the building til 4 PM checkin time. Access code does not work. Got to my room it was absolutely filthy - piles of dirty dishes, dirty sheets in a pile on the bed. Found a housekeeper, who just kept repeating "room not ready". There was another customer there in tge same situation. Finally a managerial type shows up, and we get moved to different (clean) rooms. Fine.
Day 2: Try to get back in my room after being out. Code does not work. Got hung up on 4 times by the phone people in Syracuse controlling things. Finally got the door access code working. Turned out they didn't transfer my entire reservation to the new room when they moved me. Unfortunately, the elevator code was not updating. They kept telling me to use the (nonexistent) other elevator. Finally they told me to take the stairs. 5 flights. I will be trying to get my money back.
Also, they lied about having WIFI. They tried to blame it on Spectrum, but a Spectrum network outage does not make routers in a hotel completely disappear.
