”The check-in process was terrible. They have no one available to assist you if any issues arise—such as a problem with the Wi-Fi—and when we needed towels, there was absolutely no way to get anyone to help us. They really ought to have someone stationed at the building entrance; the whole experience was truly awful. I arrived in New York at 11:00 PM and wasn't finally able to complete the check-in until 2:00 AM. I’m sorry, but you really need to change your system. The only redeeming qualities...
