”My worst experience ever in a hotel considering the price. Staff graving for tips everywhere all the time. Unpolite service. Dont come in here. I stayed in 6 different hotels during my trip in NY and MA and this was the most expensive and worst.”

”Hotels.com said that Wi-Fi is free. They charged it anyway. In reception they only said that the hotels.com reservation gives wrong info. Who can we trust? It is not very good for the customer if you buy something and then hotel says that’s not correct. Hotel was ok, parkywas easy but $40 per night. Noise was not as bad as someone said here before and it comes from the highway behind the hotel. ”

”Staff were amazing . Helped with whatever I needed . They were super responsive and controlled what they could, I heavily commend them for that .
Hotel as a whole is a bit run down .
Ice machines did not work on majority of the floors.
My shower door was broken off so the floor was soaked after every shower . I had two rooms and one shower had a door the other did not .
Unknown stains in the shower and on the floor, it was clearly something you can’t just scrub off so the hotel needs to...
