”My worst experience ever in a hotel considering the price. Staff graving for tips everywhere all the time. Unpolite service. Dont come in here. I stayed in 6 different hotels during my trip in NY and MA and this was the most expensive and worst.”

”Overall the staff was very nice, The only issue I had was the room was chilly the first night. After having the heat on 90 degrees all night and it still felt chilly, I called maintenance. They came to adjust the vent and heat improved but it still took a long time. Then I smelled burning so I turn the heat down to 77 and the smell went away. I kept the heat on 77 degrees and the heat never went off when the setting was set to auto! Other than this heat issue, everything else was fine! I enjoyed...

”I had a decent stay overall. One thing to be aware of is the additional $40 per night fee, which applies to all guests. I wasn’t aware of this beforehand, so it caught me by surprise. They do provide a $20 daily voucher for the restaurant downstairs, which helps offset the cost a bit. ”Hotels.com said that Wi-Fi is free. They charged it anyway. In reception they only said that the hotels.com reservation gives wrong info. Who can we trust? It is not very good for the customer if you buy something and then hotel says that’s not correct. Hotel was ok, parkywas easy but $40 per night. Noise was not as bad as someone said here before and it comes from the highway behind the hotel. ”
