Elevator capacity is horrible. Every day a major wait. Luggage storage too. Had to wait nearly 30 min to store luggage at departure. Great bar staff! Wish they would open earlier.

The staff was very considerate and kind. There was little to no light in the bathroom. Bulb actually missing from above the mirror. Residual from previous guests in the carpet.

No microwave, No fridge. Front desk people were not so nice. But an older white lady, she actually told me of a good breakfast place. Because I told her I would not eat there.

I am now staying at a hotel every weekend in Long Island and this is by far my favorite. Has everything you could possibly want and then some and has a very high end feel without a high end price
