”Had been driving all day and was going through holland and quickly booked a night at this hotel. Upon getting to the hotel to check in, realized it somehow was booked for the next night accidently. Lady working the front desk was polite and said she needed to talk to her manager. Manager came out and was very rude and not willing to be of any help despite me being super upset and apologetic about the mistake. ”Staff is phenomenal! Unfortunately, the pool was green and not usable.”

”It was a beautiful hotel. Clean, no weird smells. Spotless lobby Coffee and water 24 hours and eve a little snack bar. On my minor inconvenience was the charging stations didn’t work.”

”Location was close to virtually everything (gas, restaurants, major roads) and staff was wonderful. They were there should you need anything but were never intrusive or pushy. Even during a weather event, I got the sense that they were available should we need them.”

”Located in a seemingly secluded area but was actually just minutes from multiple dining and shopping options. Large room, clean, comfortable bed, friendly staff. Very nice accommodations.”

”To begin with the property charged my card twice( unresolved) issue . They said the system is down. The first night the room smelled like someone smoking all night in the room and sprayed air freshener, muggy and no air circulation in the room. The front desk staff they will tell you the system is down and o well.”

”Room was very clean and everything was perfectly functional. The outdoor gas fireplaces were enjoyable in the evening. The included breakfast was excellent with a wide variety of items and the coffee was outstanding.”

”The property is dated and in need of care. The rooms were passable but still some issues (spiders in the bathroom, dirt on the walls, mold spots in the fridge). Our main problem is that our room smelled very musty and mildewy. When we arrived on our first night the mini-fridge was working. But we found the next evening the fridge was now not working and had leaked water on the floor which likely explains the mildew smell in the room.
