”The room was clean and comfortable however the remote for TV was faulty needed to press buttons 4-5 times to get channels to move also the toilet ran. The included breakfast was sad only waffles & biscuits. Only hard boiled eggs no scrambled or omelette eggs no sausage or bacon. Biggest issue was the keycards they didn’t work very well had to get a new card made at the front desk at night”

The bathroom was also filthy, with obvious cleanliness issues that should have been addressed before any guest was checked into the room. I immediately brought these concerns to management’s attention and expected the situation to be corrected. Instead, I felt dismissed and was offered no meaningful resolution. ”Hotel is brand new, one of the cleanest we’ve stayed on our road trips. Firts we got a room that was not yet ready, staff was a bit confused but it all worked out. Everyone very nice and I think the main thing you need to know is that it is clean clean clean! Breakfast was a bonus, basic but better than most. We just wished that eggs did not have meat in them, that was minus. There was fruit and pancakes etc. and that was great. Would stay again. Castle next door is sure a sight to see even thou...

”Everything about the stay was great. Perhaps the one area to improve is that when I made coffee in my room, the next day, I didn't get a new coffee packet so I wasn't able to make coffee in my room again. Other than that, it was wonderful.”

”Hotel was very clean and hotel staff were great. Standard King Room was very small, No coffee pot or cups, no glasses or ice machine on our floor, no microwave. Room did have a minifridge, iron and ironing board, we were on 3rd floor and had to go down to lobby for ice, coffee,etc, Booked room because of very high ratings on expedia, it was a special occasion for my wife and I, so were very disappointed in size of room and amenities, I must say the hotel staff were TOP NOTCH!”

”The property was very clean, the rooms spacious, and the indoor pool was wonderful. The 1 star ding was the breakfast. It was not your typical hotel breakfast. They had hard boiled eggs and cereal. No pancakes, meat, or oatmeal. The coffee was very good as well. We were close to the LMCU facility so this is a great choice and price point for those outings.”
