”fast and friendly check in. Great room quality nice mattress and air conditioning. Well insulated sound walls gave quiet peace, even with boys baseball team running around. Breakfast food is well prepared and plentiful with wonderful assortment of choices. pool in nice for stretching but small for full laps. Temperature was perfect. not too cold or hot.”

But we booked a king suite and didn’t find out until after check in there were none available… didn’t mention at check in but until after we got in the room. Coffee and breakfast was supposed to be available until 10 but the coffee was all gone by 9 so a little disappointing. Would stay again but know to get there earlier”

”Parking and finding the lobby was confusing we expected bigger signs. I tried checking in 3 times each time my room wasn’t ready we finally got a room around 5:30-6pm. One staff member was great the other seemed overwhelmed/stressed and made us feel not welcome/ annoyed with us the way we were talked to just because i booked a wheelchair room through a 3rd party so she couldn’t change my booking but i didn’t want to change i booked that room because i had a family member in a wheelchair. Door open, no sheets, no towels, nothing cleaned! Went back to desk and was given room key 214. It had sheets on the bed but no towels in bathroom and bathroom fan made horrible noises. Looing out window all I saw was a roof! I told guy at desk that I'll pick up the kids and return - hopefully room 215 will be cleaned. Couple...

”We've stayed there 2 years in a row for a Girls' Weekend in downtown Grand Rapids. We even booked the same room the second time! Just loved it! Close to everything in Downtown! All the restaurants we went to were great, reasonable, and within walking distance (and I highly recommend Tupelo Honey, which is right across the street). ”Hotel is brand new, one of the cleanest we’ve stayed on our road trips. Firts we got a room that was not yet ready, staff was a bit confused but it all worked out. Everyone very nice and I think the main thing you need to know is that it is clean clean clean! Breakfast was a bonus, basic but better than most.
