”Very nice hotel, added the breakfast package to the room it was worth it. The breakfast was made to order and surprisingly good. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay here again. The only problem we had was the AC unit had something lose and made more noise than usual.”
”Beds are hard but we find that everywhere we stay. It's a little odd that the bathroom has no exhaust fan. loved the size of the rooms and the cleanliness.”

”Breakfast was rocky first day oatmeal bar toppings had a few that were old. Great egg options of an omelet or sandwich. Second day skipped oatmeal bar and went for scrambled eggs. They were inedible unfortunately. There were several options at least. ”
”The room was great and the staff at the front desk did a very good job. The rooms were not ready on time for quite a few people which caused quite a few unhappy people standing in the lobby. The front desk staff went out of their way to make it right.”

”We really enjoyed our stay at the castle; it worked out very well for our family of nine. It was so nice to have the laundry there and the view was great with it being on the 11th floor. Sleeping arrangements worked well and having 2 bathrooms was so convenient. There was an issue with the lock/doorknob upon arrival and Mitten was very attentive, even sending a maintenance worker to help solve the problem later at night. We would for sure consider staying again the next time we are in Michigan.”

”Not a big fan of hotels. But very easy to get in sleep well in a nice room. Only challenge was the bathroom door for sliding was stiff and hard to move”
