”Every single area & staff member was phenomenal! Exceptionally clean. Even the stairwell was clean, auto-lighting, doors remained propped open (no touching doorknobs/handles). ”This isn't a 3-star hotel. Seriously understaffed, so the one guy who does work at the desk is not very friendly. I got five packs of decaffeinated coffee in my room, no regular, and when I asked for it, I had to go to the lobby and he handed me two packs (I was staying two nights). They don't have a single extra pillow. No breakfast of any kind, the restaurant is supposedly temporarily closed, but it looks like it has been closed for at least 6 months.”

”I am in a wheelchair, and as such, my only complaint is the odd set up for persons with disabilities to enter. One must wheel down past the actual front doors, which are stair assessable only, then enter a bit of covered area (which was by far the only real dirty and/or broken down looking space), then ride the elevator up and enter on the other side of the main foyer from the front desk. It wasn't such a big deal that I wouldn't stay again, but it was quite an annoyance. I believe a ramp...
