The one-bedroom apartments, all recently renovated, can be booked separately, making them the perfect solution for couples, or together, which is an ideal choice for families or groups of friends. In this case, choose "Villa da Zia Martina."

There are 3 adjacent one-bedroom apartments within the villa (N.B. The villa also has a fourth one-bedroom apartment, which is booked annually by a guest who stays there regularly) that all lead to a charming shared space. The shared area includes a 4x8-meter swimming pool with a depth of 1.25 meters (the pool will be continuously monitored to ensure proper hygienic conditions), perfect for cooling off during hot summer days or enjoying pleasant evenings in good company. Around the pool, you will find 9 sunbeds (3 available per apartment) for your relaxation.

Each one-bedroom apartment has:

A spacious triple bedroom (double bed + single bed) of about 5x5 meters with high star-vaulted masonry ceilings.

A fully equipped kitchen with an induction hob, worktops, fridge, and a capsule coffee machine (capsules included).

A large bathroom with a spacious shower.

A private porch with a PVC lounge area.

All openings are equipped with mosquito nets, and air conditioning is available in all rooms.

The one-bedroom apartments share a laundry room with a washing machine, drying rack, and a service bathroom for the pool (no need to enter the house from the pool). There are also 2 outdoor showers for convenient post-swim rinsing.

Convenient public street parking is available, spacious and easily accessible.

Small pets are welcome! An extra cleaning fee will be charged for sanitizing the environment.

A crib is available, and it can be allocated according to the needs of the apartments.

Water, gas, air conditioning, toilet paper, soap, and shower towels are included in the cost.

The first supply of sheets and towels is included in the reservation. Additional supplies of sheets and towels must be booked in advance and will incur an extra charge.

Alliste is a picturesque town located in the heart of Salento, known for its peaceful and authentic atmosphere. Just a few kilometers from the beautiful beaches of the Ionian coast, Alliste offers a strategic location to explore the wonders of Salento.

The charming beaches of Torre San Giovanni are about 8 km away, while the beaches of Marina di Alliste are just 5 km away. Nearby towns such as Torre Suda (7 km), Capilungo (5 km), and Mancaversa (8 km) are all easily accessible.

Gallipoli: The lively city of Gallipoli, famous for its beaches and nightlife, is only 20 km away.
