Villa Stracca - Salento Reservation is a wonderful, newly renovated two-family villa able to guarantee a completely relaxing stay without sacrificing any comfort, in a strategic position to easily reach all the most famous destinations in Salento, able to accommodate up to 15 people comfortably. Located in Capilungo, it is just 1 km from the sea, characterized by a low cliff with easy access where bathing is widely practiced and not far from the white beaches of Torre San Giovanni, and equidistant from the paradisiacal beaches of Gallipoli.
The villa consists of two adjacent units, ideal for accommodating two families who want to spend their holidays together but also with a division of spaces, or for a group of friends:

The first unit welcomes guests with a large entrance-living room that acts as a relaxation area, enriched by two comfortable double sofa beds and a beautiful fireplace that gives warmth and atmosphere. Adjacent is a bright, air-conditioned living room, furnished with dining table and chairs, perfect for spending pleasant convivial moments. A hallway with an air-conditioned area serves the rooms, ensuring comfort in every environment. The sleeping area includes a double bedroom and a twin bedroom with bunk beds, ideal for families or groups of friends. Inside the trullo, a refined relaxation area has also been created with comfortable sofas, ideal for reading or simply relaxing in an authentic and suggestive environment. The bathroom, complete with a shower box, is practical and well finished. Outside, a covered veranda equipped with garden furniture and gas barbecue allows you to fully enjoy the outdoor spaces, while the solarium terrace, furnished with sofas and deckchairs, offers a perfect corner for sunbathing or admiring the sunset. To complete the equipment, two very comfortable outdoor showers, ideal when returning from the sea.
The second unit is just as comfortable and welcoming. It has an air-conditioned living room with dining table and chairs, a TV, a double sofa bed and a practical, fully equipped kitchenette. The sleeping area includes two spacious and bright double bedrooms, while the service area offers an en suite bathroom with a shower box and a second external bathroom, also with a shower cubicle, sink and toilet, perfect for greater convenience during your stay. Outside, a large covered veranda furnished with garden furniture offers the ideal space to relax and enjoy moments of tranquility in company.
Inside Villa Stracca, nothing is left to chance and everything is taken care of down to the smallest detail.
It also has every comfort, air conditioning, washing machine, parking space, video surveillance system.
The Villa, being completely fenced, offers the advantage of being able to accommodate our four-legged friends in complete safety and with very large outdoor spaces available.
From the house it will be easy to reach the sea and also the equipped beaches of Gallipoli (a few minutes by car).
N.B.: The cost of cleaning includes the set of sheets and towels, breakfast supply for the first three days, utility costs, air conditioning, Wi-Fi, parking space, check-in/check-out.

For check in and check out outside the indicated time slot, at the request of the customer, and subject to acceptance, an additional cost is required:
- for check-ins after 20:30 and until 22:00 extra cost of euro 30.00;
- for check-ins from 22:00 to 0:00 extra cost of euro 50.00;
- for checks in from midnight to 7:00 euro 100.00.
For early check-outs, at the request of the customer and upon acceptance, an extra cost of euro 30.00 is required from 6 to 8
