”I liked the place. The remodel of the basement was very well done great view of the water. But be aware it is a long way down a steep stairway. Also be aware that the place where you park is above the basement apartment down a short but fairly steep gravel path and/or another steep stairway. My wife and I are old and very unsteady on or feet. It would have been nice for us old folks if we had known what we were getting into. But it’s great if you are young. ”There was a lot of unhoused people near the property and their carts etc scattered on the street, and a group of them were doing drugs in the 7-11 parking lot. It made us a little uneasy and more worried about our vehicle on the street parking.For the property it had a lot of pet hair, some things could have been cleaner. Would suggest new pillows and adding more washcloths. We had to wash towels to have washcloths for the second night. Also suggest cleaning up some of the soap dispensers that...
