”It's pretty hotel in city center of Almaty. It's located near underground station "Almaty". A lot of bars and restaurants are near hotel. For extra money (5000tg) you can order very good breakfast. ”

”The hotel facilities were clean and the beds were comfortable. I used room 901, and the TV and single sofa were placed far apart. The iPad was not mirrored on the smart TV. Other than that, I was satisfied and would use it again.”

”Well, a little bit divided experience. I chose this hotel because it was one of closest to the airport, and it had free airport shuttle. Later I found out, that the free airport shuttle is for arrival only, but it's ok, especially when the driver was on of most effecive taxi drivers ever. ”The outlook of the building does not really indicate is as a hotel. Lifts can be a little slow. However, the rooms are clean. The restaurant on the roof top offers a great view of Almaty city with the mountains around the city. ”

”The hotel is nice, clean and location is not bad at all. My room was spacious enough for few days stay. Bed very comfortable, and breakfast very good too. Maybe I will choose Novotel next time too.”

”Room was small, walls and door thin so you will hear everything. In general, good value for money, but expect basic type of accommodation. It is located inside the block so taxis and navigator apps may not find it easy. When we stayed it was quiet but you could hear all noises through the building. Good option if you need short and cheap stay. ”
