”We really enjoyed our stay at the Grand Lodge Traverse condo. The pet-friendly setup and free shuttle into town were huge perks.
The condo was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed, including pots and pans, dishes, a toaster, microwave, dishwasher, and even two coffee makers. Some of those weren’t listed, so that was a nice surprise. ”We had such a great experience at the Grand Lodge. I've stayed here a few times before and the overall experience has been well worth it. The pool & hot tub are excellent, there's an on-site restaurant for breakfast, and the rooms are comfortable & have all the necessities. There's plenty of on-site parking. ”There were so many things wrong, I don't know where to start. There was one toilet paper roll in the room about 3/4 used, the TV did not work (they installed a Roku but it didn't work as well), the resteraunt was closed even though on their website it said it was. In the morning of our second night the water went out - no showers, could only flush the toilet once, etc.
Please do not stay at this property!”
