”This is our second year staying here and we'll definitely be back again! We've been to Ouray 5 times and this is our favorite place to stay. Having a full kitchen and utensils is the best. Steve and Nova take wonderful care of the property and are always ready to assist if needed though we didnt need anything. It's so thoughtful that they provide a welcome basket and towels for the hot springs. I love having our own space AND our own deck to hang out and enjoy the view.”

”Room was nice enough, it's definitely a lodge feel and it is a dated hotel but overall the room was fine. No AC though. The bed was good and the bathroom was fine. We went in June though so you could tell they don't staff it well because it's not in season.
We went to the in house restaurant and there was hardly anyone there. They had just changed the menu so you could tell everywone was still learning. Food was good though.
The spa is another story. They just straight up said we don't...

”I can’t say enough good things about this hotel. I travel to Denver every month this year and have been trying out different hotels and this one was BY FAR the best!! The staff went above and beyond and the room was immaculate. This is THE spot.”

”Beautiful location, the rooms were clean, and the bed was comfortable. The check in desk staff was very nice. However, the one hot tub that was working was very dirty looking, we did not try it. The air conditioner was very loud and cycled often, at times disrupting sleep.”
