”Classic room bed could do with a topper. Pillows very soft. Didnt feel extractor fan working properly. Had a lot of difficulty shutting the window. Shower pressure not the best bit nice to have a decent sized walk in. Walls between rooms very thin. Generally everything was clean. Nice biscuits. Checkin out was great. Easy parking. Would have liked plug sockets next to the bed rather than behind
Loved the lions book shop on site.
Olympic room for breakfast was stunning but very cold first thing....

”Location is great with lots of free parking options nearby including EV chargers.
The room and bathroom were spacious, clean and warm. On the downside was the fact that our room was just above the pub and on Saturday night was very loud until midnight and we couldn’t sleep. So make sure to ask for a room on higher floor.
Regarding the breakfast one day we had the eggs Benedict which were not good as the hollandaise sauce was too watery, scrambled and bland.
The 2nd day we had the English...
