”This home was charming and perfect for our days in Alnwick. The location was outstanding. 2 minutes from the bus station and grocery store made life so easy. The lounge and kitchen were spacious and gave us lots of space to spread out. Our kids had a blast playing foosball. The beds were comfortable and there was enough wardrobe space. Great to have parking for more than one car at the rear though a bit of a squeeze in the spot at the front with today’s larger SUVs. Can’t beat the location! Always plenty to watch from the window or sitting outside in the garden and a lovely walk to Dunstanburgh Castle from the village. Buy locally smoked kippers and eat at the Jolly Fisherman- we really enjoyed our stay.”

What a lovely house.. lots of space for us all (6 adults and one teen) - we particularly enjoyed the open fire in the sitting room as it was pretty chilly during our stay. The kitchen was well stocked with equipment and the extra fridge / freezer was perfect as we were cooking here on Christmas Day! A slight hiccup with the heating before arrival but the property owner was in contact immediately and did everything possible to rectify...
