”This resort is really outdated (atleast the tower were we stayed – they were doing some renovations there though) We were happy that we only booked one night. It is really close to Kailua-Kona center (but was quiet still which was great), so it was walkable and the trolley takes you to some beaches. ”

”The property itself was fine. I didnt like that they left opened condiments and a water bottle in the refrigerator. Or that the sink pop up didnt work, or what looks like mold developing on the shower liner. But you get what you pay for, so it is what it is. My plane changed after booking so I had to extend my time with a late checkout, which I paid almost a whole day for to check out at 5 pm instead of 10 am. However, the entry code did not recognize my code after 10 am. I tried contacting the...

”We booked this hotel because we wanted to see Manta Rays, although views vary between evenings based on waves. Don’t count on anyway that you can book a table with Manta Ray views. We booked, but the table was not kept to us. Otherwise the hotel is pretty average. Rooms are pretty simple and beds are small. Swimming pool is pretty nice, water slides good for small children. Service in the restaurant can be really slow when they have more customers.”
