”Friendly front desk staff. Large room with space for suitcases and snow gear. Good breakfast included with cookies, coffee and hot chocolate all day. Rooms are dated-and housekeeping was less than expected- we came back in the evening and the beds weren’t made and towels had just been plopped on the counter (not enough towels for our family). ”

”We really loved our stay! It is a beautiful spot and the home is well built in the high winds.
We had a few small issues we noticed and the hosts were quick to take care of them while we were there.
We did not quite realize the altitude was as high as it was, (we were coming from 1,000 feet) but the view and beauty made it worth it.
The sauna, hot tub and wood stove were all wonderful ways to stay warm in the chilly winter. ”

”I booked this room after 11 PM. I arrived and there was nobody in the office. I called and texted the number provided and received no answer. I waited approximately half an hour and then contacted Expedia. I’m still waiting to find out if they are willing to refund my money. After locating a new place to stay well after midnight, somebody texted me and rather than apologizing, I received more like a lecture saying didn’t you know that our office closes at nine? As a matter of fact, I did not...
