”Although the River was in flood this didn't stop our wonderful evening at the Hotel. The room was delightful. The restaurant out of this world - well it should be with 2 Michelin stars - and the staff we perfect. Except for one who was very grumpy when we arrived early for dinner by 20 minutes! But hey ho the other staff were all dlieghtful and efficient. A special place.”

”The location was amazing. The service was unmatched and potentially the best service we’ve ever had. Our room was very large and had views of the town. The only drawback was the bathroom only had a tub with a wand instead of a shower ”

”A stunning property, with a very attentive staff. Very quiet, carpeted rooms which look down into a historic sunlit courtyard. The breakfast was a great experience, along with their amazing Michelin star restaurant. Overall an incredible hotel experience”

”We stay regularly at this hotel but one matter remains the same every time. Fitness room equipment are always in some extent broken or malfunctioning. This time cross-trainer worked in both visits few minutes before shutting down. Furthermore multifunctional weight device was partially broken. In every visit I mention these matters but there is limited or no progress in relation to these. This is rather unacceptable for five star hotel. ”
