”We stay regularly at this hotel but one matter remains the same every time. Fitness room equipment are always in some extent broken or malfunctioning. This time cross-trainer worked in both visits few minutes before shutting down. Furthermore multifunctional weight device was partially broken. In every visit I mention these matters but there is limited or no progress in relation to these. This is rather unacceptable for five star hotel. ”

”Although the River was in flood this didn't stop our wonderful evening at the Hotel. The room was delightful. The restaurant out of this world - well it should be with 2 Michelin stars - and the staff we perfect. Except for one who was very grumpy when we arrived early for dinner by 20 minutes! But hey ho the other staff were all dlieghtful and efficient. A special place.”

”Our stay at Pavillion Regent was perfect. Everyone was so helpful. The room was quiet, and the most comfortable bed with a perfect location. I enjoyed the spa. A must if you enjoy saunas, jacuzzis after a lot of walking and travelling. Fatya gave us a tour of the ice museum. Very informative and an excellent host. We were sad to leave. ”
