”Perfect property for our annual family, friends and dog walking weekend. Everything we needed within the property and locally and plenty of space for us all.”

”Das Haus ist toll. Es war alles super sauber . Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig , unsere Nachbarn waren Schafe 😃Städte in der Umgebung sind schnell erreichbar . Die Landschaft ist einmalig schön. Kontakt war problemlos , sehr hilfsbereit , es wurde umgehend auf unsere Belange reagiert . 5 Sterne ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️”

”Great little cottage, definitely remote (but easy to find) and with a lovely wild little garden, albeit it shared with the next door cottage, so care is needed when letting dogs (and children)! in and out. Was very well appointed although we had a couple of little niggles, being a loose toilet roll holder downstairs and we found it very dusty and would definitely benefit from a top to toe bottoming with a damp cloth, surfaces, inside cupboards etc. Finally we weren't overlly keen on the lack of...

”An ideal quiet location with access to Penrith and the Lakes. Well appointed modern property, private parking. Host could not have been more friendly and helpfull. We did have a couple of issues with the Verbo discription verse actual facilities- however host was quick to sort out and offered us alternative very close by. Thanks for that. All in all we had a great stay and would not hesitate to book again next time we visit the lakes.”

”Property was as described on Vrbo , fairly easy to locate , although (What 3 Words ) app might be an idea to add to info . on arrival parking space was inadequate for family size car . Outside of property there was rubbish left by front door ie old floor covering and wood which didn’t give a good first impression . House was clean , and had everything you would need for a comfortable stay . Only down side was the smell of damp .. overall happy with our stay .”

Clear communication with hosts before and during our stay, they provided helpful information about the surrounding area and the welcome pack was much appreciated.”
