”We had a lovely weekend at The Red Lion. The staff were incredibly helpful both ahead of and during our stay, and the pub food and breakfasts were very tasty. Our room felt a little dated and in need of maintenance in places, especially in the bathroom, but it served its purpose for our stay and we would be happy to go again.”

”It's a fairly basic 3* hotel. It's right in the services, so handy for grabbing a bite and the have a breakfast voucher option for £7.50 that gets you £10 to spend in the services. Hotel was clean, albeit a bit tired. Beds were comfortable enough, but one of our mattresses had a bit of a dip. Fan in the room was appreciated. ”Das Hotel ist sehr schön. Die Poolzeiten waren für uns mit Kindern leider viel zu knapp . Aber das war auch unser einziger negativer Punkt. Wenn man den Tag nur im Hotel verbringt sind sie sicher ausreichend . Da wir aber die Gegend erkundet haben, haben wir ihn nur einmal für 15 Minuten nutzen können bevor die Kinderzeit zu Ende war. ”This is probably one of the cleanest places i have ever stayed, it was spotless, our room was stunning, so many little added touches, really comfy bed an pillows, the only thing that lets it down i think maybe because of the age of the property is the very thin walls and floor, but ear plugs are provided which is great in case you are sensitive to noise”
