Observamos que pessoas pagantes que chegavam depois eram atendidos antes que nós. Acho que seria válido a gestão se atentar a este detalhe. Pois, toda boa acolhida faz a diferença em hotelaria.”

"The hotel staff were extremely friendly and accommodating of requests.
Location was good, being fairly central. Unfortunately, this also meant quite a lot of traffic noise making it into the room.
Room was spacious, clean and comfortable, but could have used e.g. some glassware. Also, the age of the building was starting to show, and the room got a bit chilly when it was a cool night."
