”This was a great spot for a quick weekend trip. It was a 2 block walk to 17th Street bbq, and a block to get to route 13. The stairs were a little iffy, but the inside of the apartment was great. Very clean and when I had an issue with the code the property manager responded quickly to walk me through how to get in. Very happy with our experience! ”

”This is a very clean and nice apartment within a very close drive to the Kinkaid boat launch. Easy to locate and can fit a car with a boat in tow no problem. This spot was also much more quiet than the campground or RV spots nearby. They have a great porch and a grill and we didn’t bring something for it which made me sad. ”

”Went to a SEMO football game and this is an ideal place to stay for that activity. Able to tailgate then pop in to refresh drinks etc. I am calling this place the 3C place. It is cute, convenient and oh so comfortable. Beds and chairs are all comfy and you have plenty of room. Like the other reviews say it is clean and the owners communicate very well. There is a staircase to go up that can be daunting at first. But take your time and it gets easier. Would book again if the home games were open....

”The place was great. Plenty of space and a good location. Check in was easy. Not too much expected when leaving. Only two small detractors I might mention: 1. The bed upstairs is super squeaky. Very annoying when rolling over at night. 2. The back stairs (primary entry) are ridiculously small. If you have big feet, you have to be very careful on them, especially when descending. But really, we were quite satisfied. ”

”On a whim, we booked this property that is above the bourbon bar. It’s newly renovated and is beautiful! Full kitchen, gorgeous bathroom (makes me want to renovate ours at home to match), comfy couches and bed! We were able to experience the bourbon bar, do some of the wine trail, make the trek to Heron Pond, and get our favorite pizza in the world at Quatros in Carbondale. ”The location was perfect to hit all 12 wineries on the wine trail event. We sat out on the balcony in the morning and enjoyed our coffee and breakfast. The staff were very welcoming and friendly. Plenty of room to stretch out. The bourbon bar below us was perfect to unwind in at the end of the day. Communication with the owners was amazing. They made sure we had everything we needed.
