”wow what a lovely property in such lovely settings with friendly owners and there daughter who was there to see everything was fine. property is spacious with lovely views. so handy to visit many places due to the A3 which u can hear a bit if outside but nothing that spoils the beauty of the location. there lots of wildlife like deer and owl if your looking for tapas as a meal then faustinos in Midhurst was lovely and such a wide choice there's supermarket within 10min drive would so stay again...

”We enjoyed our stay in Kingley, although felt that the property could do with some extra tlc, especially regarding carpets and window fittings. It would also have helped if there had been a sofa bed in the study, as we had two boys who did not wish to share a double bed and we had two girls in the twin bedded room.. A good size garden and patio, although lack of umbrellas meant that we needed to move the furniture around to avoid the (very hot) sun. Easy to access Chichester, the beach at...

”I stayed at the house for almost a month and it was memorable. It's comfortable, beautiful, and cozy. Very safe. A quiet neighborhood, with the morning visit of a cute and shy squirrel. This is definitely where I will stay again when I am in England.”

”Pros - great location, near pub and nice coffee shop. Short walk to beach. Cons - not very clean on arrival, mould problem in bathroom, strong damp smell throughout property. Had planned to cook but found mould growing on wooden spoons and cobwebs on the pans - so ate out instead! Having read through the comments in the visitor book we could see these issues had been raised several times, so it’s disappointing they haven’t been addressed. Would not stay again.”
