”Unfortunately i was highly dissapointed ..it was supposed to be a treat for my birthday from my daughter who gave me some monies to treat myself to something i might like ... I decided on Whitby and booked with expeadia ..Unfortunately a double deluxe room.. Garden view was reserved for me which i have proof that this was booked via email but last minute on the day of arrival I was told that i was going to go into Wainwright and that a host will be there on arrival before 9 pm ..

”We had a poor experience here. The heating in the cottage didn't work, so we were uncomfortably cold throughout our stay. We asked for help as soon as we checked in, but the host was unresponsive. There were small beetles in the bed, there was a leak from the base of the toilet, and the front door lock was faulty, so locking and unlocking the front door was tricky. Everything felt damp. We haven't heard anything back from the host when we identified these issues.”

”The entire holiday experience was perfect from beginning to end. Our host, Ray, was lovely. There to meet us when we arrived and gave us a quick tour. Hardly saw him for the rest of our weekend, but was sure he was available should anything go wrong, or need attention. The cottage was cozy and warm and incredibly clean without being in any way clinical. In fact the place was so warm, we turned the heating off and just used the wood burning stove, which was easy to light, and provided more than...
