"Excellent and clean, modern hotel with all the necessary services, and a great restaurant. The hotel Wifi is untrustworthy. I am working globally with delivering remote training programs and facilitating events online. I had chosen this hotel while reading up on that they'd offer an executive wifi package. Unfortunately that is not available. The wifi was fine (20 Mb) until 3pm when all guests started checking in dropped to (3-5 Mb). My facilitation was disrupted and I had to go down to the lobby cafe (noisy) to deliver my training session. This was very unfortunate. "

Sama teema jatkuu muuallakin eli ihan kuin hotellin eri osissa oleva henkilökunta/toiminnot olisivat eri yhtiöistä… Yhä yleistyvä hotellien tapa veloittaa ekstraa ennen ko 15 tapahtuvasta aikaisesta check-inistä (vaikka huoneita olisi saatavilla) on ärsyttävä - täällä maksu GBP50."

"The service was very friendly. The room was a wonderful Riverview suite with a balcony. The views of the city were great! The hotel breakfast was great and of high quality, as was the rooftop bar on the top floor and the cocktail bar on the street level. The hotel facilities were very clean and modern. The location is also great, right next to the Thames."
