”Our host "Duc" was very friendly and accommodating, there was efficient and effective communication before, during, and after our stay. The house was in perfect condition and nicely decorated. we had plenty of supplies for our stay, loved the game closet. I wish the weather would have been warmer so we could enjoy the outdoor space that was provided. I cannot think of anything the host could have done to improve the property. Highly recommend staying here if in the area.”

”Worse stay ever. The code to the door was wrong. Couldn’t get a hold of the property manager. The first night stayed in a hotel room. The next night had cold showers, couldn’t get the heat turned on and still couldn’t get ahold of the manager. No microwave. I’m pretending the weekend just didn’t happen. ”

”Communication with the local host through the VRBO app was not an option. The property management company wouldn’t allow us to communicate with the local host inside the app. It had to be through communications outside the app to their personal cell phone. The home was not clean. There is a thick layer of dust on all ceiling fans and mantle in the living room. The basement bedroom mattress had a dirty sheet with bodily fluid stains. Additionally, the closet in the basement bedroom had animal...

”Good communication from host. Location was close to shopping and Old St Charles shops . The condition of the actually place was not the greatest …. Lots of broken blinds , holes in multiple spots. No items in shower was an inconvenience. The pot smell coming from downstairs occupants was not the best but out of control of host . Improvements -Would have loved some lamps in living area ,a place to put feet up to relax while watching TV and possible throw in the cooler temps . ”
