”The breakfast eggs were reheated from a supplier and hash as the only meat option was not the breakfast that I expected. There was no milk available. The juices were good. The size of the plates were just big enough to hold the waffle so when you pour on the syrup it goes over the edge of the plate and onto the floor”

”Arrived at the property, after 15 hrs travelling from Europe, only to find a virtual reception which was a little unnerving for a couple of seniors who are rather slow dealing with the technology. However, we coped with it eventually.
Next up the elevator was out of order, which was no fun with 4 cases for the top floor.
Needless to say we were very tired when we got to the room and we welcomed a clean bathroom and clean comfy beds.
In the morning the elevator had been fixed. Good...

”I liked that the hotel is located in a really nice part of town. The hotel itself looks older inside. My room looked worn out. It room was clean for the most part but the towels were discolored and there were stains on the bed sheets. The carpet in the hallway leading up to my room was terrible and needs to be replaced. The room had a smell like mildew a little. I will not stay there again. I traveled for work and was extremely tired. I did not complain. I dealt with it and left promptly the...

”First the space was good but bed covers had stains and it was dirty like they don’t even mop the floors. I had 2 rooms. The other room had blood on the door nob and the on back wall. Disgusted by the place luckily it was just one night and I had Clorox wipes in the car. I told the lady in the office she just said OK I’ll check. Never again I stepped into one of those hotels. The breakfast was bad too. There was only red milk and cereal. I guess that’s better than nothing but there was a diner...

”I recently stayed at the Quality Inn in Fort Myers and originally booked a three-night stay. My initial room was located at the very back of the property, literally the last room on the hotel grounds. Since I was considering extending my stay for an additional week, I approached Krystal at the front desk to see if there was any possibility of moving to a room closer to the lobby.
Krystal was incredibly helpful and accommodating. She took the time to look for available options and was able to...
