”i spent 3 weeks in the property, and all i can say is how fantastic it was, everything from the location, to the way that i was welcomed by Alberto and Karen. They both were so helpful and informative of the area,and really made my stay a pleasure. Although they live on site it really did not impact my privacy as they were both so cautious not to impact the holiday. ”Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt im Herrenhaus. Der Pool ist großartig, der Blick atemberaubend und die Ausstattung ist super. Wir waren eine Gruppe von 14 Personen plus zwei Kinder. Jeder hatte sein eigenes Schlafzimmer inkl. Bad. Die Bäder sind etwas in die Jahre gekommen und leider riecht es etwas aus dem Abfluss. Das Haus an sich ist sehr alt und das Leitungswasser nicht trinkbar. Alles in allem hatten wir eine tolle Zeit. ”

It was very centrally located for day trips and we were available to explore the Umbria region which was also wonderful and better than we expected. ”We were two families and we had the most wonderful week at Mario’s beautiful house. The pictures do not do it justice. The pool is amazing, the house is perfect and rustic. The views of the surrounding area are incredible. The house is on the top of a hill and the road up is very steep. So many things to do nearby, Bagnoregio Civita, Bolsena, Sacro Bosco, cascata Marmore. We had such a great week. Mario was a great host. ”
