House is up on the hill and from the balcony you can see the walls of the Bettona and closeby cities Perugia and Foligno. We were travelling on May so the villages nearby were not so active. ”We had a wonderful two week stay at Casa Celestiale. The pool is huge with a stunning view of the Umbrian hills, and the garden is full of fresh herbs we loved using for cooking. The house is cosy, with a great outdoor sitting area for reading, aperitivo, or a game of bocce. It’s a really peaceful spot to relax and enjoy summer. The only thing to keep in mind is the unpaved road to the house, which is about 15 minutes from the main road, it adds some time if you want to explore other areas, but...

”Wat een heerlijk verblijf. Met twee gezinnen hebben we tien dagen mogen genieten van deze fantastische villa van Guido in een oase van rust. Het huis is heerlijk, er was airconditioning maar die hebben we niet nodig gehad, het bleef koel genoeg in de nachten. We troffen het daarbij wel met het weer met ca. 29 graden overdag ten opzichte van de voor de tijd normale 37 graden. Het huis bevind zich op een zeer stijle helling, dus is enkel geschikt wannneer je goed kan lopen. Het zwembad is groter...

”The Villa presents even better than in the photos and the grounds are beautifully maintained. Each bedroom we accessed had an ensuite bathroom which just added to the luxe feel. My mature parents could have the one bedroom downstairs which was perfect, all other bedrooms are located upstairs. Worth mentioning the outdoor sun lounges have also been replaced (since the photos) and adds further to the resort feel. Would highly recommend! ”

In der Umgebung kann man mit dem Auto schöne AusflĂŒge nach Spello, Assisi und Perugia machen. Lediglich die Sauberkeit war verbesserungsbedĂŒrftig, was aber auch daran lag, dass das Haus schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen ist.”
