”We had a great week in Villa Flaminio, what a lovely villa and grounds, lots of places to wander and relax. The pool was amazing with many relaxing hours spent there. Tuoro itself is in a great location for visiting the hill towns of Umbria and Tuscany. Perugia, Cortona and Castigleone del Lago are all within 30 minutes by car. I definitely recommend staying here and thank Yvette for meeting us and showing us around. So Grazie mille Paulo and ciao it’s been amazing ”

”We had a lovely stay at this beautiful and very comfortable property, that had all of the facilities we needed (and more!) given we were traveling with two small children. The pool was so beautiful it was tempting to just spend the whole week there. The host was so helpful, both before and during our stay, always reachable and provided us with great recommendations of things to do/where to go in the area.”

”House is very nice and tidy but what makes this place extraordinary is the view. House is up on the hill and from the balcony you can see the walls of the Bettona and closeby cities Perugia and Foligno. We were travelling on May so the villages nearby were not so active. On the summer that might be different.”

”We had a wonderful time at Villa Nova. The grounds were wonderful with a pool and a barbecue, many flowers and fresh herbs if you wish to cook. Giuseppe is a fabulous host and extremely helpful. He has a Villa Nuba gold card which gets you discounts at restaurants, tours, shopping and other things. All of the restaurants he recommended were fabulous. If you plan on going to Perugia I would 100% recommend staying at Villa Nuba!”

”i spent 3 weeks in the property, and all i can say is how fantastic it was, everything from the location, to the way that i was welcomed by Alberto and Karen. They both were so helpful and informative of the area,and really made my stay a pleasure. Although they live on site it really did not impact my privacy as they were both so cautious not to impact the holiday. However when invited for an aperitivo we spent some hours discussing multiple topics and they both were an absolute joy to have...

”Ich hatte einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt in der Ferienwohnung im oberen Stockwerk des Hauses. Alles war sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet, sodass es an nichts gefehlt hat. Der fantastische Pool und das eingezäunte Grundstück sorgen für viel Komfort und Privatsphäre. Unser Hund war sehr willkommen! Besonders herzlich war der Vermieter, der geduldig alle Fragen beantwortet hat.Das Grundstück liegt in Seenähe, was schöne Spaziergänge und den Besuch vieler gemütlicher Restaurants...

"The hotel itself was lovely and surrounded by beautiful nature. However we were little bit disappointed that the spa was not included in the price of a normal room and the only option was to pay hundreds of euros more. Otherwise breakfast was nice and coffee really good. "
