”The property was clean and stocked with everything that we needed. Our host Elizabeth was very attentive to all of our questions and needs. I feel that she is a very kind and caring person. Only thing that stood out as a negative was that when we arrived the a/c units were and had been completely off, which left it quite hot inside and took a few hours to cool down. ”Property needs major repairs and upgrades. Floors were dirty. Towels were gray instead of white. No mention that there was no ice machine in frig. Number of beds was great and access for pet was great. Couches, dining chairs were stained. Rugs worn out. ”

”There were dried food stains on the counter, the shower stall was full of sand where it hadn't been cleaned. The master bedroom had no box spring and only a mattress on the bed. The nice sitting area outside the bedroom on the patio was nonexistent. There was only worn-out rug in its place. It was not as advertised, and the photos are very outdated. Reached out to the rental company and nothing came of it. ”

”The couch was filthy and worn out including the ottoman. We were given one small bath towel and wash rag for the entire stay. The dishwasher was not completely installed…it fell out of the hole when you tried to open it. There was no place to put anything in the bedroom except on the floor. There was a clothes rack but no hangers. The kitchen “island” was a table that was unstable. No place to gather and relax.”
