There were very few forks and spoons and we had 10 people. The seal on the oven was loose and the oven would turn off when we opened the door. The game room was nice but was not connected to the rest of the house. Was a completely separate entrance so no comfortable letting kids sleep down there. I requested a partial cleaning refund twice...
