”We were in town for a soccer tournament and needed a place that would accommodate 3 adults and 1 child and this was perfect. It was quiet and spacious and the kitchen was well appointed. Our only note - as stated in the description - was that the neighborhood is still evolving. There were some loose dogs so I didn't feel totally comfortable going for my morning walk. But the house itself was a delight. ”

”Overall the house suited our needs. The large area downstairs is great for gatherings. The houses are very close together and getting a breeze of the bay was not possible. There is a fan but during the summer it’s very hot. The house was clean and the kitchen was great for cooking for our group. Location is conveniently located close to HEB which is a plus. Travel to downtown and Padre Island is very easy. Overall, the house was great for our group and it was great to have all of us staying...

”We were there to visit our son. This stay was excellent. Super clean and had everything you needed for cooking, bedding, bath and the porch was awesome. We arrived and found fresh flowers on the table. The Elvis decor was great. Communication with Patti was excellent. Very accommodating. Really felt like home away from home. We will return!”

”There were some AC issues, but the host accommodated us very well--what could have been a terribly hot stay was cool and comfortable thanks to her intervention-- some things are unpredictable, but due to her response, would definitely stay in one of her properties again”

”Loved the house and all of my friends did ass well , house had everything from forks to pans and over trays , the pool table and air hockey table were favorites especially the pool table , we played every chance that we got the pool was not to cold and big enough for us to play around and the rooms were just what we needed perfect house to stay at the beaches were all relatively close if you’re up for a little drive would definitely book again thank you Mike for the warm and cozy stay”
