”My youngest son graduated from Rice Univ and so my husband and two older children stayed at the house during our visit! The rooms were great-each has their own tv, the beds are REALLY comfortable, bath towels are super absorbent, and there is bath gel, shampoo, conditioner and lotion provided. The owners are quick to respond to questions and initiated to make sure that our stay was going well once we areived. We really appreciated their care and concern. ”We had a wonderful stay at your home and would absolutely love to come back. It made a really nice and close home away from home on our small vacation. During our time at your home we attended the Texas Ren Fair in Todd Mission which was only about 40 minutes away. ”House was beautiful. Loved the neighborhood and neighbors. Everyone was so friendly especially the owner. He was quick to reply anytime I had a question and was always professional. The house had everything we needed including towels, toiletries, detergent, and some pans/silverware. It was very clean and well kept. All bedrooms are on the first floor. Unless you want to take a break in the small loft upstairs, you won’t need to go up there (mentioning this in case anyone has disabilities)....

”James has a beautiful home. It was large enough for a group of us. It has ample space to sleep everyone and to hang out back on the patio or by the pool. Unfortunately we didn’t get a chance to enjoy the pool because of the weather but it was nice and clean. If you’re in the area definitely check it out”

Looked to be newly readied for VRBO and having sustained some flooding? Needs more window coverings to block out light from street in front bedroom and windows on side front. Towel bars, nightstand and lamps with bulbs would be great. Something going on under kitchen sink on disposal side? Coffee maker was not cleaned after last...

”We selected this condo as a central location for multiple events of a family wedding. It was quite spacious and allowed our family of 5 plenty of room to relax and rest between events. We felt safe in the neighborhood and enjoyed delicious meals from several of the multitude of restaurants in the area. Special shoutout to the Burger Bodega. Atliano was always responsive when we reached out with questions. I would recommend the listing be updated to reflect that the beds are queens, not kings,...
