”Great place to be if you are going to the UT campus. Couldn’t be closer. It fit well for two people. The place is older and there isn’t central air. The window units work well in the bedrooms but the window unit in the main room struggles in the summer heat. Would recommended it and would stay again. Very nice host and easy check-in.”

”The house was spacious in both the living areas and bedrooms. The house appeared clean on the inside, but needed a deep cleaning. The kitchen was not well-stocked. It is advertised as sleeping 14 people, but had only 7 plates and would be possible only if you had 4 smallish children sleeping on couches (bedding provided for only one single pull-out couch). ”We enjoyed the area. It was safe, quiet, and conveniently located. The house was as described with king-sized memory foam beds in each of the 2 bedrooms. Check in was incredibly easy. Communication was great. My only complaint about the property is that there was some black mildew in the shower. The rest of the house was clean.”
