We arrived late after helping set up for an outdoor wedding all day, and the AC was wonderful. The backyard was perfect for our senior dogs to explore. ”Nice house in a newer addition across the street from an older neighborhood. Back yard is facing a green belt so you can open all the kitchen and living room windows for a wooded view without staring at neighbors. The road is pretty low traffic and neighborhood was quiet. Fairly central location in Tyler.Kitchen was well stocked with pots and pans, utensils, all the common seasonings, k cup coffee, etc. The Weber Kettle was an unexpected nice touch along with some grill tools.
