First of all we would like to thank you very much for the nice words you spent about Solaria.We are really sorry if we caused some troubles with our house keeping, that we make every day in a very accurate way cause we pay a lot of importance to the clealiness. According with your complain about the toothbrush we would just remark that you left it on the sing, so that we had to remove it to clean the sing. Any way we put it in the special bowl near by the mirror. Eventually, as you spent three nights here, we wonder why you did not tell us, after the first night, that you were unwilling to have housekeeping in your room: many guests think we manage to make our job in a very good way, but so far , we are still unable to read in the other's mind.

We are so sorry for unconvenient that you have complained for that you believe to be mold.Actually, as we pay a lot of importance to the cleanliness (we have quite the maximum as rate), we would like you to know that it was rather a humidity concentration caused by the differents betweeen the internal temperature of the room and the outside one (we had a pik of 40 degrees).We do apologize for the noise we produced early in the morning.As the other remarks you made about Solaria are so good, we hope that you will accept our apologies and may be change your revew.
