Amazing location and staff.
"Amazing experience in Explora Torres del Paine. The location is perfect, and the staff were amazing. Would definetly recommend the hotel and are already planning a new trip there in the future. Congradulations to all staff members for making us feel so good all the time we were there."

Good stay with some serious limitations
"The cabin we stayed in was simple and old. The beds were comfortable and we had hot water without any problems. The WiFi does not work during peak usuage hours and needs to be upgraded. It is fine during quiet times during the say. The kitchen is supplied with the bare minimum, no salt etc. The bathroom ..."
