”Beautiful hotel, staff was great. Restaurant not so good. Needs significant improvement in quality of food preparation. Overcooked (meat burnt on one side and then hidden by putting burnt side down on the plate side in one case), another pasta dish enter at the same meal was served luke warm, not fresh and hot as it should have Ben. This is a problem and should be addressed. Two porly cooked meals at the same sitting is not an accident. The bar and staff on the other hand were excellent.”

”We had bugs in our bathroom and lotion squirted all over the closet door. One of the dresser drawers would not stay shut. We also had to go to the desk to get batteries for our tv remote that didn’t work. Also good thing we checked our watch because the alarm clock was off by 1 1/2 hrs. Eggs were watery and tasteless. The bacon was the best thing ”

”Night shift front desk staff validates our parking but the lady in morning shift refused to validate our parking, saying it wasn’t included in our package. Loading and unloading front area has a strong unpleasant smells ”

”Everyone was really friendly and helpful. The hotel and the room were clean aside from a small stain one of the couch cushions. The weight room was a bit small but would work fine. They pool wasn't filled, as it looks like they're doing some work on it. Unfortunately both TVs powered up but said they couldn't find a signal. That's not a huge deal because we aren't going to watch TV, but it was a bit disappointing. There were cracked tiles in the kitchen. But the only thing that was really...

”Provided an accessible room, which wasn’t needed. Noise of the highway so struggled to get a good nights sleep. Shower was designed for a disabled person so not suitable for me. ”

”The bathroom had only toilet paper + tissue. No mirror in the bedroom area. When 2 people are staying a second mirror would be appreciated. Felt more like a hospital room, than a hotel room. ”
