”Upon arrival at 5pm we were told our room was not ready.and then we were given a room that was a category lower than we had paid for and we had to point it out to the staff after we had unpacked our suit cases ad were then switched to the room category we had paid for. No apologies. The shower door silicone gasket was broken. Otherwise great facility, staff is very friendly. They have a very cute speakeasy in the basement good food, pleasant staff other than the one at the front desk who seems...

The entire building was clean, safe and it's location was convenient to shops and restaurants. I'll stay here every time I come to...

”Bathroom mirror and sink were dirty, toiletries were used (half empty), hand towels were stained(or dirty). Pillow cases were very wrinkled (apparently not changed) and pillows were thrown haphazardly on the bed. The bed was made, but the state of the pillows made me wonder if the sheets had been changed. Not likely I'll be staying here again.”
